Sarah has curated evenings of small plates, tasting menus and drinks pairings all to high acclaim. Sarah has worked in the culinary business for over 20 years and has experience from the ground up. Currently, Sarah is the Head Chef at Gonzo – a specialist Beer and Lambic Bar that now offers a delicious Small Plates Menu to accompany the specialist beverages on offer. Host Dining focuses on quality ingredients, creative takes on classics and new modern creations.
