Sarah Jenkins is the founder and head chef of Host Dining Coventry – a private catering company focusing on tasting menus as well as other private dining events. Sarah has both taken part in and created evenings such as drinks pairings; wine tasting, whisky and cheese tasting, Drunk Pudding Club [DPC] with Beer Gonzo, private catering for touring bands, collaborations with local chefs, recipe classes at the Pod and is currently working with Tobias Reutt of Earlsdon Supper Club, producing bespoke tasting menus.
